Contributing Writer
Timothy Dzurilla - Anna Jolley
Dzurilla has been writing about food and food culture for 7 years for various on and off line newspapers.
Currently in graduate school studying conflict and international development, his appetite has not abated.
Past projects include an examination of ecotourism in the remote jungles of Costa Rica, sustainable resource development in the UK, paramilitary activity in Mexico, identity in displaced communities in Colombia, and media empowerment of inner-city youth in New England.
In all of these locations, Dzurilla was hungry, and constantly stayed open and curious to new foods and how these connected to culture, community, and development.
